Can I amend my order once its been placed?

Yes, you can amend your order if you have contacted us with any changes within 24 hours of placing your order. This is because all items are made to order.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?

Please get in contact with us as littleandolive@gmail.com to let us know about a change of address.

When will I receive my order?

Our turnaround time is 1-2 weeks depending on the product. This does not include shipping times. Please get in touch if you need your item sooner.

Can you rush my order?

Please get in touch at littleandolive@gmail.com if you need your order sooner and we will try to accomodate your request but this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I exchange an item?

This depends on the product you have purchased. All personalised items are non-exchangable. For any non-personalised products, please get in touch at littleandolive@gmail.com
